Getting Here is Part of the FUN!
Located six miles from the nearest road in
the heart of Oregon's Wild Rogue Wilderness Area, Clay Hill Lodge was
established to serve Rogue River Canyon visitors whose recreational pursuits
literally brought them here.
Jet Boat
Jet Boats were developed on the Rogue.
Tour boats come up to the Clay Hill Lodge from Gold Beach and Agness.
Hiking
We are a moderate three-hour hike from the
trail head at Big Meadow near Foster Bar.
Whitewater Rafting
Let us help you book with an
outfitter that does Wilderness Lodge Trips or if you are an experienced white
water enthusiast contact the BLM at Rand for permit information.
Drift Boat Fishing
Drift boat fishing trips are a
great way to get here, but availability during the fall fishing season is very
limited. If you are planning a private drift trip, please get lodge dates
before obtaining your permit.
