 The Rogue River Wild and Scenic Canyon and Wild Rogue Wilderness provide an incredible backdrop to world-class white water rafting and kayaking. River use requires permits that are issued by lottery. As a guest activity we offer rafting day trips. The price varies according to group size. If you are an experienced white water rafter and wish to apply for a permit, the application deadline is December 31 of the previous year. Common pool permits are also available on a first-come-first serve basis. Contact the BLM at Rand by calling 541-479-3735 or go online at
